Slice the tofu and the onion in 4 thick slices (or 8 thinner).Mix the Tamari, Teriyaki, ground pepper and garlic together.Place the slices of tofu and onion on an oven pan and cover with the sauce.Bake in oven for 20 minute at 200ºC
Place a Nori sheet on a chopping board.Add:- ¼ cup of rice on the center (shape a square)- few leaves of spinach- avocado (I like to use it smashed)- bell pepper- tofu slices- onion slices- ¼ cup of rice (try to shape a square)Then fold the Nori sheet into a sandwich shape (wet the border before folding).
