If you’re like me and cannot choose between sushi and sandwiches when you’re on the go, you’ll find that having a sushi sandwich is quite satisfying.
There are only 3 steps to make those sandwiches :
- Use a Nori sheet as a wrap
- Use sticky rice as a base (top and bottom)
- Fill with whatever you like!
I’m usually making it with: avocado, bell pepper, green leafs and tofu.

Sushi Sandwiches

- Slice the tofu and the onion in 4 thick slices (or 8 thinner).Mix the Tamari, Teriyaki, ground pepper and garlic together.Place the slices of tofu and onion on an oven pan and cover with the sauce.Bake in oven for 20 minute at 200ºC
