Nori Sandwich

Sushi sandwiches

If you’re like me and cannot choose between sushi and sandwiches when you’re on the go, you’ll find that having a sushi sandwich is quite satisfying.

There are only 3 steps to make those sandwiches :

  • Use a Nori sheet as a wrap
  • Use sticky rice as a base (top and bottom)
  • Fill with whatever you like!

I’m usually making it with: avocado, bell pepper, green leafs and tofu.
