If you’re like me, one of the main reason you like Halloween is because it means it’s pumpkin spice latte season in every coffee shop!
Thankfully, I discovered how easy it is to make it at home! So when autumn starts and the temperature drops, I don’t need to go out to get “my fix”. And let me tell you a secret: it’s beyond imagination how good and satisfying the home made vegan pumpkin spice latte is. You can take my word for it, there is no coming back from this experience…

Pumpkin spice latte
Ingredients
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 shots espresso or 60ml coffee
- 1 cup soy milk or any alternatives you like
Instructions
- Add the maple syrup and the pumpkin puree to a sauce pan. Turn on the heat on medium and stir for around 2 minutes or until it starts having some bubbles.
- Add the pumpkin pie spice, the salt, the coffee and the soy milk. Stir until well combined. Then let it simmer on medium heat until it is bubbling.
- Serve directly on 2 cups. You can add vegan whipped cream on top and some extra pumpkin pie spice to make it even more indulgent.
