Ingredients
130g cream flour
300g soy milk
30g vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Directions
- In a bowl: add the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the salt. Mix together.
- Then add the soy milk, the oil and the vanilla extract.
- Whisk it gently together until the batter is smooth and lump free.
- Once your pan is hot, hold it with one hand and using a ladle pour some batter in the middle of the pan. Move the pan in a circular way to make a nice and round crêpe. Cook for 2 minutes, then return a cook for another minute.
- Enjoy will it is still hot with sugar, jam or any spread of your choice.
