Best vegan crêpes you’ll ever eat!

Ingredients

  • 130g cream flour

  • 300g soy milk

  • 30g vegetable oil

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • In a bowl: add the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the salt. Mix together.
  • Then add the soy milk, the oil and the vanilla extract.
  • Whisk it gently together until the batter is smooth and lump free.
  • Once your pan is hot, hold it with one hand and using a ladle pour some batter in the middle of the pan. Move the pan in a circular way to make a nice and round crêpe. Cook for 2 minutes, then return a cook for another minute.
  • Enjoy will it is still hot with sugar, jam or any spread of your choice.
